A fantastic special report on BBC South Today by Alexis Green, tackling the environmental impact of burial and cremation here in the UK and how new and innovative technology such as Electric Cremators, the first of which was installed in a Memoria Crematorium in North Oxfordshire, can reduce our environment impact after we pass. The report also introduces the newly formed Environmental Stewardship Group, which CDS are a core member of, which aims to lead the bereavement sector towards sustainability, helping to reduce the impact on the environment.
