We’re delighted to have obtained planning permission for a major new cemetery for Pendle Borough Council.
This was a highly contentious scheme, considered at Planning Committee twice after deferral, with CDS leading the planning and design and working alongside drainage and highways teams to address complex challenges.
We’re now progressing with discharging pre-commencement conditions, leading the development management through construction – and continuing to work with the Council on other sites.
