The CDS Group were absolutely delighted to be presented with the Greener Globe Funeral Standard Platinum Award at the 2025 CBCE Conference. This recognition is a testament to our ongoing commitment to sustainability, innovation, and environmental responsibility within the cemetery and crematoria sector.
For over 20 years, The CDS Group has proudly supported the bereavement services industry, designing and building new cemeteries, as well as developing and refurbishing crematoria across the UK. Our approach is deeply rooted in sustainability, ensuring every project we deliver contributes positively to the environment and the communities we serve.
Our Managing Director, Becky Ballinger, shared her gratitude following the award presentation:

Having received an audit score of 84.2%, we are committed to working through our Improvement Plan to further increase this score. We are very proud to be doing what we can to be a more sustainable company in our sector.”
