Welwyn and Hatfield Crematoria
Welwyn and Hatfield Borough Council approached CDS to assist with a feasibility study into the construction of a new Crematorium, to be owned and run by the Local Authority to offer their residents an alternative and improved service in comparison to the local privately owned Crematoria. This was further to works CDS had already carried out for the Council, with a Mausoleum being constructed on the existing cemetery site and a design for the redevelopment of the existing cemetery and buildings on site.
